Join our collaborator pool
THINKBOX doesn't hire permanent staff. When a client commissions a project, we define the roles required and convene collaborators from our pool — invoiced or contracted, depending on the size of the project. This is not a job offer: registering does not create any expectation of work, and each call is for a specific project.
We value verifiable certifications (CIPP/E, ISO 27001, OSCP, PMP, among others), demonstrable experience, and clear availability for the project at hand.
How does it work? You register with your profile, certifications and desired rate; when a project matches your profile, we reach out; the agreement is formalized per project, with a formal acknowledgment and payment upon completion.
Your data is handled under Chile's Law 21,719, with your express consent. You can delete your registration at any time.
